Yes — see our cancellation policy for refund details. Free cancellation is available within 24 hours of booking if your trip is more than 48 hours away.

What do I need to bring at pickup?

Your driver's license, the credit card you booked with, and the booking confirmation. The host will walk you through the car.

When am I charged?

The trip cost is charged at booking. A refundable security deposit is held separately and released after the trip ends, minus any approved damage claim.

When is my deposit released?

Deposits are released back to your original payment method shortly after the trip ends, as long as there's no open claim.

How do I list my car?

Click 'List your car' to create a listing. You'll add photos, set your daily price and availability, and verify your identity before going live.

Payouts are sent to your connected bank account a couple of days after each trip completes.

What if the car is damaged during a trip?

File a claim from the trip page and our team will review it. Approved damage is deducted from the renter's deposit and protection coverage.
