Cancellation policy

Renters
- More than 48 hours before trip start: 100% refund of the trip cost, including the service fee, protection fee, delivery fee, and refundable deposit.
- 48 hours or less before trip start: 50% refund of the car rental subtotal. The service fee, protection fee, delivery fee, and refundable deposit are returned in full.
- After the trip has started: No refund of the trip cost. The refundable deposit is still released back after the trip ends, minus any approved damage claim.
- Refundable deposits are always released back to your original payment method after the trip ends, minus any approved damage claim. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Hosts
- If you cancel a confirmed booking, the renter is fully refunded and your account may be subject to a host cancellation fee.
- Repeated host-initiated cancellations may result in suspension of your listings.
Extenuating circumstances
We may waive cancellation fees in cases of natural disasters, government travel restrictions, serious illness, or other events outside your control. Contact support with documentation.
